Following your use of the internet service, RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L. can obtain various information about you, such as: name and surname, address, telephone numbers, information on how the services and products of RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L. are used, traffic data. All this information will be referred to below as “Information”.

1.1. The information will be processed by RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L., in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 506/2004 and 677/2001, during the period of use of the Service by you, as well as for a period of 3 years from the date of termination of their use, for the following purposes:

processing your orders/requests, resolving requests, questions or complaints;
providing services and products to you;
marketing and commercialization of RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L. products and services. and of the partners of RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L., by any means of communication, except the automatic call that does not require the intervention of a human operator (letters, brochures, other printed materials);
marketing and commercialization of RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L.
products and services. and of RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L. partners, by means of automatic dialing that does not require the intervention of a human operator (e-mail, fax, pre-recorded calls);
providing value-added services;

1.2. RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L. has the right to disclose the Information of RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L. partners, for the purposes mentioned in art. 1.1.

1.3. In fulfillment of the purposes specified in art. 1.1. RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L. has the right to transfer the Information to third-party companies from abroad.

1.4. The user has the following rights: to access and intervene in the Information, to oppose the processing of the Information, not to be subject to an individual decision, as well as to go to court, as regulated by the provisions of art. 13 – 18 of Law no. 677/2001. These rights include:

the right to obtain, upon request and free of charge for one request per year, confirmation of the fact that the data concerning him are processed by RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L.
the right to object at any time, for well-founded and legitimate reasons related to his particular situation, as personal data concerning him to be processed, except in cases where there are legal provisions to the contrary. In case of justified opposition, the processing will no longer concern the data in question.
the right to object, at any time, free of charge and without any justification, to the data concerning him being processed for marketing purposes;
the right to go to court in the event that he suffered damage as a result of the processing of his data;
the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority in the situation where he considers that his data have not been processed according to the law.

1.5. For the situations provided for in art. 1.4. – first three points The user must submit a written, dated and signed request. In the request, it will be specified whether the information is to be communicated to a specific address (even e-mail) or through a courier service that ensures delivery only in person. RAVICA Trade & Management S.R.L. will communicate the adopted measures / the requested information within 15 days from the date of receipt of the request.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND ACCEPT THESE RULES IN ENTIRETY IN ORDER TO USE THE SERVICE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE ASSUMES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE RULES.
